The Design Process
Once your inquiry is submitted, we will review it and contact you within 24 hours. During this time, we will prepare 1-2 initial mock-ups based on the details you have provided. These mock-ups will serve as a starting point for revisions, ensuring we create a design that meets your expectations.
Approval Process
Production will not begin until final approval of the design has been received from the client. Once the design is approved, an invoice will be sent for payment. Payment must be completed before production begins.
No Guarantee of Service or Availability
Submitting this form does not guarantee services or availability. We will confirm your order after reviewing your inquiry.
Copyright and Ownership of Designs
All designs created by Crafted Essence 513 LLC remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of design approval. Any cancellations after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
