1. Processing Times

  • Custom Orders: Processing time for custom shirts is 7-10 business days, as each item is made to order. Complex designs or bulk orders may require additional time, which will be communicated during the ordering process.
  • Standard Designs: Processing time for standard design items is 3-5 business days.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your selected shipping method and location:

  • Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.):
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Shipping times vary based on the destination and carrier but typically range from 10-21 business days.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size of the package, and delivery location:

  • Rates will be displayed at checkout after entering your shipping address.
  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) apply only to standard domestic shipping unless stated otherwise.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at Craftedessence513@gmail.com . Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier. 
  • Delayed Packages: Delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control. We recommend monitoring your tracking information and contacting the carrier directly for updates.
  • Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages. To minimize risk, consider shipping to a secure location.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most locations within the U.S. and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to inquire about shipping options.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or international shipping.

8. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional shipping cost.


9. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition:

  • Apparel orders are shipped in protective poly mailers or boxes.
  • Custom orders may include additional protective wrapping based on the design.

10. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all processing and shipping timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather disruptions.
  • Supply chain issues.
  • Carrier delays. In such cases, we will communicate updates to you as soon as possible.
